APPLIANCE REPAIR COST

Our service call and diagnosis fee is $79.95 on most items.

This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide.

We were very impressed with Jerry's Appliance Repair. We have several LG appliances and have difficulty finding repair services. Jerry's does LG! A tech was able to come the day I called. I was notified when he was on his way & he was very nice, professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. The part had to be ordered and the repair was made ASAP. Again, the tech was very professional, explained what he was doing and showed us the part that failed. We will certainly use Jerry's again if needed.

I called that my ice maker wasn’t working. They thawed out the freezer with my blow dryer and installed a new filter. $477. Less than an hour. Nice guy and works great now, but wow they’re expensive!!!

We have had Jerry's Appliance Repair, and more specifically, Donavan, who works for them, come out to fix a few of our LG appliances under our Lowes protection plan, and our experience has been great. Donavan is very knowledgeable and has completed each repair he has done (replaced multiple parts on our dish washer and replaced the ice msker basket in our refrigerator) quickly and successfully. The scervice we have received from this company has been A+. I read the reviews before they came out, and I was extremely nervous that we were going to have a bad experience, but it was anything but. The scheduling was great as well. Dustin (I believe was his name) called and kept me informed on the arrival of the parts and made every effort to accommodate my schedule. Donavan called me 25 minutes before arriving and always arrived promptly during the scheduled time. I would both recommend them and also call them again myself for my future needs.

HOW WE SCHEDULE

TIME

Our office will contact you the afternoon before your scheduled service date with your timeframe that you can expect the technician to arrive. We do require confirmation of the timeframe prior to arriving to your home.

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Even though we provide a timeframe for your appointment, we also allow you to track your technician’s progress allowing you to better plan out the rest of your day!

YOUR APPLIANCE’S AGE

If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.

If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.

Warranty applies only when you have paid us directly for a particular repair. Otherwise, your warranty is only the duration of the warranty you have with the manufacturer and/or extended warranty company. Our warranty does not cover food loss or loss of use. Single family home use only. Your product must be installed as per manufacturer guidelines and properly maintained to be eligible for our warranty.
